Name: Get related block key

Description: Get related block key of a given sub block key on "DC Advanced Lenear Referencing System (ALRS) Route."

Usage: The "getBlockKeyFromSubBlockKey" operation returns related block key for a given sub block key for DC Roadways. It accepts Sub Bloock Key.

Input Parameters Description:

subBlockKey : Sub Block key. cannot be blank.
